We're very excited about this year's 2-day festival of short films including: film screenings, panels, industry meetings and networking, luncheon presentation, Opening Night Reception with CWWA feature film screening, silent auction and new this year, our Exhibitor Showcase, which will run throughout the festival weekend.

You can be involved by booking a table booth. All proceeds from your registration fees will be used to continue the educational, professional development, advocacy and networking opportunities provided by WIFTV. These programs support our members, and allow them to make innovative contributions to the growth and development of BC's entertainment, communications, and technology industries.

WHEN YOU REGISTER

• By booking a table, your organization will be widely publicized both leading up to and during the festival: on the WIFTV website, in emails to our members, and on festival publicity to the public
• Your company name and logo will be displayed on WIFTV's website
• You will be supplied with a display table, approximately 6' by 2', table linen and one chair
• Exhibitors do not require a pass as access to events within the Atrium area is unlimited. If you would like to attend panel or screening sessions, please purchase individual tickets or passes.

SCHEDULE

Saturday, April 17th

• 8:30 am: Load in and exhibit booth set up starts
• 9:30 am: Doors open
• 10:00 am: The first screening of the day begins
• 4:30 pm: Exhibit booth materials packed into boxes and stored overnight in the Production Room

Sunday, April 18th

• 9:00 am: Exhibit booth set up starts
• 9:30 am: Doors open
• 10:30 am: The first panel session of the day begins
• 3:00 pm: Exhibitors pack up booth materials. Load out must be completed by 4:00 pm
